The main thing I got from the article is that assuming that it is water saturation zones affecting the newer pads just as in the case of the pilots, there shouldn't be any reserve writedowns. Like I said earlier, at the very least it is still way too early to make the determination that they won't be able to make capacity.
A possible reserve writedown was one of the main negative points in the RBC analysis. No writedown affords OPC more time for other options.

WHAT WE STILL DONT KNOW IS: RESERVE WRITEDOWNS, ASSET WRITEDOWNS, ANDCASH POSITION(although for cash, fair to guess 140 million to 175million of unrestricted cash) ......BUT BASED ON NXY RELEASE, I SEE NONEED FOR WRITEDOWNS "THEY ARE CONFIDENT PRODUCTION WILL FILL CAPACITY OFUPGRADER"!!!!!!!!!!!
