Keep in mind that they may have to shut down the gas turbines to tie in the new gas lines.  So that may all happen at the same time as the upgrader goes down.......at least I think it has to go down......didn't they say that?

Plus there could be some issues with the burners when they switch over too......that's another thing that might get overlooked.
