RE: InterestingHey, guys! Thanks for the vote of confidence but i can`t promise that I will be as expediant as some of you would like. I work nearly 60 hrs a week and have 3 little guys at home 5yrs and under so my free time is very minimal.
If you guys have suggestions of who to contact, I will be more than happy to work in those directions and keep everyone informed. I still have not heard back from Jay, so he must be chewing on it.
I have asked by broker to do some digging for me too; majority shareholders and such. He also suggested media as an outlet to get other shareholders involved or even call out some of the major players. I wish Attorney would show up, it is vacation time so he could be away right now, but he has some great ideas and very level headed. Especially when law is his specialty. What I fear is that as a bondholder he is not allowed to take any shots at OPTI. Meaning that to get paid out on his bonds, he has absolved OPTI of any wrong doing. I am not a lawyer but it is possible. The first arrangement had that in there as well. If we were to accept the warrants, shareholders would have to do the same.
The other thing is; I don`t know how much we want to say on this board. IF we do have an argument, Opti`s lawyers may be watching us and we could be helping them counterstrike before we even get up to bat. I just don`t know.
I have a few ideas right now, and will work on that over the next few days and try to gather more info. If anyone has more ideas, keep em coming. Gotta run.
By the way clerbom, who is this Nicole from?
Giver.
