I see you are still big fan of OWLI, and hope you get awarded.

You should ask youeslef:

1  Where are the essay results from previous drilling season?  It is at least 6 to 8 months now.  If the results are good, why not release it to boast the SP?  Rather than issuing shares at 5 cents, with full warrant.

2  OWLI is a small exploratory com, why can't they file their Q report?  It is not complicated issue.

3  The new funding is not enough for drilling, after expenses and salaries, and more cheap shares are underway.
