The above accounts for top holdings, based on their last reported earnings, other holdings should translate into 15m$ in public/private entities dated July 31, 2020. We could assume those holdings also appreciated, but we can also assume some went belly-up. in both cases, i am attributing the same value as last reported 15m$.
If you grab a sharp pencil or a calculator, those holdings are worth about 63.2m$
If you keep going.... and do the math as per how many shares there is............... 63.2m$/25m= 2.52$ per share.
O.K, now whats exciting here? Well, clearly its undervalued. The board was recently shuffled in a very good way considering previous one wasnt pro-active in any way.
They seem to be maintaining their ownership% in various holdings of theirs, such as $GRIN, maintaining their 36% ownership... or $BHNG owning up to 56%.
The new board, the recently appointed a member to $BHNG board, leading to me believe with their majority ownership they have something behind their sleeve with BHNG and potentially GRIN.
Investing in $PBIC is not only investing in an undervalued company based on cash-assets alone, but also leverage your exposure to multiple sector within the Cannabis network, mainly US Multi-State-Operators.
