RE:RE:RE:Emblem NewsTony:- Looking at the brief summary of the October 3, 2017 License Agreement between Canntab & Emblem(EMC), EMC will have the exclusive rights for the sale of the XR tablets in Canada . Where it gets murky for me is, I do not see any statements that EMC is not allowed to sell the manufactured products internationnaly. Royalty payments on the products sold is stated as being "In the territory " on sale.. not in Canada.
Based on what I've read, I'm of the opinion that EMC can sell whatever products they manufacture to Acnos Phama and Canntab will collect royalties for the products covered by the license agreement. Will appreciate if you can link me to where you see that EMC can only manufacture & sell the licensed products in Canada.tia
I don't see any statement saying they are not allowed to sell the XR products internationally.
