Is this Kelly's company he bought from himself? I notice they haven't released any details of this deal, ie stock options, warrants or price. Probably because it was free as he made it himself, and this is another vague NR to pump this stock again
The best part of the press release is the fact he spelled the APP name wrong. It's TOLKIT with an "i", not L....but hey, maybe this is on purpose.... or maybe these guys bought TOLKELT instead of TOKEIT lol
