The largest shareholder usually doesn't elect to go into a reorganization if they are going to lose their equity but I'm sure you have lots of experience with bankruptcies so we'll just have to wait and see.

Did you go through the court filings?

I think the debentures will be fine and there will be value for the equity too. Too early for the funeral.
