Look at the disclosure and you will see Fisher being paid and granted options(yes in the past, after all he set-up the company to continue exploration on PEI after Claude Anger tried to kick him of the permit).

The TSX will be thrilled that Fisher admitted guilty(Fisher is not on trial, Ed Wenger is. Are you a buddy of Anger?) to the charge. ASC and OSC are aware of all the details.
