RE: SWN's take on water etc.I suspect Mr. Alexander would be singing a different tune if SWN held the lands permitted by PTW.
It is easy for him to talk this way.
Notwithstanding the above, drinking water sources is an issue that has to be dealt with in an informative matter.
For Tom Alexander to state that " his company wouldn't think of drilling near valuable water supplies....." is not very helpfull. It implies that there is an inherent problem with drilling for gas in these areas.
In response to Sherbrooke, I don't think it is easy for Moncton to find a different water source. I seem to recall that 20 years ago Moncton had a problem with sourcing quality drinking water. This all changed when they tapped the Turtle Creek area.
Maybe some of the locals can correct me if I am wrong.
