The large properties that Petroworth has in all three Maritime provinces were "not rolled over to anyone, by anyone" as you say, but won as the highest bidder in on several open tendered international oil and gas competition. (SEDAR) Also see P.E.I. Dept of Energy web site, New Brunswick government web site and the Nova Scotia government web site, they seem to have been assembled over many years. I checked believe me and there are no roll over as you have said. Petroworth has five times the acreage on P.E.I. alone that the MC group had on P.E.I.. 3. Meteor Creek was a failure, yep I was disappointed but I have yet to see how it was scam as I have dug into that until I came out the other side. Drilled one well as advertised, not commercial as advertised, partner Claude Anger A.G.R.E.N. ltd. withdrew as was his right then stuck them with a one million dollar bill on an outstanding partnership obligations on his way out of town, which was not his right.(READ SEDAR) People been pounding on that dead horse for long time and I have yet to see what the issue was.
4. Fisher or any other promoter cannot dump stock as it is locked up in escrow for a long time. Plus there has been no volume for anyone to dump anything to date. (All spelled out on SEDAR)

Can,t help ya with the bio-medical, "the name escapes me,thing" as I never heard of that and I would expect its a long stretch from onshore Maritime oil and gas exploration.
