(CSE:PUMP) (FRA:WCF)(OTCQB:WCEXF) (the "Company" or "World-Class")is pleased to announce that a company in which World-Class holds a 50% equity interest, Cobra Ventures Inc. ("Cobra"), has entered into an agreement to acquire a senior secured convertible debenture of HydRx Farms Ltd. o/a Scientus Pharma ("HydRx") in the principal amount of CDN$11,500,000, plus accrued and unpaid interest and charges (the "Debenture") from a leading Canadian Licensed Producer, subject to certain closing conditions. Cobra is purchasing the Debenture for CDN$5,000,000; closing is expected to occur within 60 days. The Debenture is secured against the assets of HydRx. HydRx is currently in default of its obligations under the Debenture.

Ninty-six reads since I posted about the agreement to aquire the Hydrix convertable debenture soon to be closing - no comments, no questions, no speculation, no hope, no critial thoughts ..... NADA. ..........................well, I guess that says something.

Well AnalogueMan , I don't believe any investor here has any faith left for our team at World Class Extractions ... They simply have lost all credibility with investors. For being an extraction company from the time of it's IPO inception and not ever getting one single extraction contract ( especailly after Rosy M. telling us that she had more extraction contracts than she could possibly

Like Cancheckreality said ... we have team of BOD's who are pretenders that have a history of failure to execute at any level . Sadly , it's difficult to argue with that ! Now we have investors who just wish to get out of this dog and can only hope and wish for some sort of miracle pop to allow them to exit with more than 2 cents a share .

OK AnalogueMan , I'll play along with a prediction . WCE announces that they are going to take controlling interest over HydRX  Farms Ltd. but will need to do a massive reverse split followed by an equity raise (dilluting shareholder equity in the process ) They will also announce that they will be seeking  an American stock listing to increase the investor base and of course they

One thing I did notice is 1130 Champlain was for sale when this news release came out... and now it's not longer on realtor.ca
