The recent amendment for Sage was merely the City of Tehachapi pre-emptively sidestepping any future legal quagmires that GRB&co might get themselves into. Very wise. I have read many of your opinons over the years and respect them, however, there is a trend with these 2 companies to Over promise and Under (sometimes not at all) deliver. Also someone is selling selling selling @ $0.26 today. Doesn't bode well.
