coming up on 4 montsh from when the recent private placement closed, and it's come off from the "runup" to 5.   Time to start picking away soon?

Highly suggest you read the latest MD&A (for Sage Ranch in particular) they have changed the verbige for the JV. It also states all projects are on hold. Good luck.

Only reason to buy is to lower average and hope to break even.  But volume good luck with that.
