Nor does it suggest any type of franchise arrangement which would be necessary to have control of the advertising segment. It would be a detriment to any mobile device manufacturer to eliminate other advertising apps a variety of purchasers have prefference to.
And under the combines act it would constitute creating a Sole Monopoly in the Market. Not allowed
