I was correct about the trading. The insiders crossed $400,000 to a group of influential gold buyers, then exercised 100% of the money into the company by exercising options at the exact same price.

The reason to raise money is that they can't use flow through money for general corporate purposes.

Our long wait may be over. An extremely positive release about early results will come out just after midnight Vancouver time when the German market is open.

Didn't read the thread before posting. It is out, but not disseminated. People can trade in Germany when it opens tonight before it trades in Canada.
