Matica is in desperate need of funds and the only one they could think of to pay Boris's salary is Blowsy so they are going to do an exclusive PP only available to him where he will fund Boris's salary for ten years in exchange for a billion options with an excercise price of 1000 bucks a share.   More Easy money for Blowsy.  Lol.
