Do you notice the bid and offer size almost the same size?

If you are manipulative, you net buy - you put a huge block down run it to 7.5 then put an equal bid at 7.  

You can cover because buyers waiting and tired sellers forced to sell at 7.

You may sell a bit 7.5 but on net you are a buyer / coverer.

If you post negative as you net buy that is fraud and if you say the drilling being shut down it starts to cross the line.
