Wondering did you declare that $1/2 million loss on Matica or are you able to, as the Company has not been declared insolvent.
It would be terrible if you cant sell your 1 million shares and cant declare the loss.
But, you have to have capital gains in order to declare ypour capital losses.
Have you ever made a cent on any investments you have made?
