5.5 cent stock price means what???????????

To me it means the market is saying there is probably another bidder out there and HBM will have to counter the offer. No HBM will not bid higher but the same as what was offered. The board is in their(HBM) pocket so they think. However the bidders believe the company is worth more then what HBM offered. Maybe with this recent drive higher in the share price it will make the board rethink HBM offer or it will make them look even more complacent which will make people think poorly of them.

It has everything to do with Hudbays stock price.  We are tied at the hip until deal goes through.  Rclf will move up or down with Hudbays price.

Thks for the response........... Well your thinking maybe correct but here is the glitch to that thinking IMHO. If that was the case, the bidders would not be lining up, go look at level 2 and what would happen is when the HBM price goes higher the asks would be out in full force and out number the number of bidders and that is not happening.

I dont like making accusations but its hard to get over mgnt selling at this time  for that price.Likely never know but look at talbot numbers alone and hbm  has the mill   lol    Would sure like a logical reason for the timing

Greed by management and not giving a rat a-s about shareholders. Its quiet possible management  likely got a little extra from HBM for agreeing to this low ball price.

You're absolutely correct. I have been making more money from the HBM/ RCLF arbitrage then the supposed management sellout the other posters are referencing.  Instead of selling off your shares for a loss you could be making money via the arbitrage and look at the share price increase above $6.94 you could be making HBM up 12%.. Headshake. Still have 1.7M shares and traded  600,000 ...more
