How about...

We see what further exploration turns up.  We are not even on the ground yet on our property, the only other property that apparently hosts the LP Fault, felsic and mafic rock units (according to GBR maps).

what we know is that the geology 1/2 km northwest of the BR Zone is more complicated...beyond that who knows?  We also know that there is 10 km of the Fault between the BR zone and our property line.  We know that GBR is planning on further drilling to the northwest of the BR zone toward our property.

We don't know how long the fault or various units (including your markers) extend on our land...or if these are even factors on our land.  We do know that there is gold on our land as we've had samples in the past grade up to 7g and that's from practically no outcrops on the land.

Let's see what exploration turns up.  I don't think we can make assumptions on our property based on what the nearest hole turned up 10 km away.  For that matter why not look at the Madsen mine model.  How close is it?

Actually, as best as I can tell, the Starratt-Olsen Mine  is about 5 km to the north from our boundary and the Madsen Mine about 7 -8 km.
