Board of DirectorsI see that Mineworx is sitting with 4 directors. Apparently their bylaws allow them to name a new director at any time during the year. Have a feeling that once the DA is signed with Enviroleach and subsequent announcements confirming the partnership with Davis Recycling, that someone from that company will fill the position on the board. It can't come quick enough for Mineworx to free itself from the talons of Enviroleach, and fly on its own. Everyone is hoping for good news, soon.glta
