I was able to exercise my rights via a phone call directly to RBC last Monday morning. The wait time was close to three hrs waiting and the process took about 40 min to complete. I have a file number in case I have any issues or questions. Funny thing a lettter from RBC showed up in the mail yesterday asking me to exercise my rights slow mail delivery to Nothern Alberta. Now we wait.
