Percentage of shareholder overlap??As a longterm shareholder in both ETI and MWX I am also stuck in the middle of this battle, ultimately this will get sorted out but both companies will likely suffer. I respect both companies right to protect their own interests but what I would like to know is how much shared ownership overlap is there between them. There is too much opportunity for both companies to waste ressources fighting lawsuits against each other. Management of both companies should listen to their respective shareholders and fgure out an amicable solution.
