Thanks for this AT. It confirms my thoughts when I posted back in mid December(16 &17)

The (longwinded) document highlights the main Mineworx defense and is the very same "Loophole" I had highlighted they may exploit at that time. (arm breaking as I pat myself on the back ;)

Hope this is put to rest before it moves forward , not getting a feeling either way after reading this. (Hats off to anyone who has read these for for a living).
