RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE: lawsuit with Envirometal I'm waiting for q3 results next week to see how much has been spent from the $5 million raise in July. $3.5 million was allocated for future capex, presumably for the 2.5 tpd module. $865,000 was spent on equipment for the 100L pilot.

Which company that wants to be in the public eye and become known to the investment world does not promote? Revenue should begin sometime in q1, anticipated once optimized to be approx 25 million annually with 20 per cent margins for module1. Revenue is the key to secure debt financing, and with it becomes validation of the process . Regenx will retain some newco shares which can be monetized at some point. Very low capex to build out remaining modules and partner will be contributing funds. If module 1 template is used for other 3 modules, they will apparently be built at the same time taking appox 6 to 9 months.....With just over 5 weeks until the new year, the various pieces of the puzzle appear to be coming together, and longtime shareholders who have supported the company through 2 rights offerings, are anxious to see this to fruition....
