Cut-off date for shares in new company?

Does anyone have the definitive answer of what date we must own MWX shares in order to recieve new issues of shares from the Cehegin deal?

There will be more information forthcoming. Shareholders of the first date, will recieve some  sort of package explaining share splt, etc. etc. The first date was just the date of record to receive the package and be able to  vote shares. Anyone can buy and participate in the Newco until management gives guidance to when the cutoff date is for splitting the company and getting the Newco
