CSE rules allow management more freedom than the VSE
Those 2 exchanges have different rules. A CEO on the CSE once old me it's easier to take over or merge with a company when you're on the CSE, for example. I think he said the shareholders don't vote because the CSE assumes management can make that decision alone. I can't imagine RGX having a reason to take anyone over or merge at this point, so that is just an example.
I am not related to KO on Shark Tank.

It's possible that the CSE move is to allow Cehegin to be sold quickly, since the Venture is so slow. There may be another buyer for the mine since Iron Bull didn't come up with its financing.
