I totally understand the issues with the heater and pump and that would be a normal setback during commissioning of a new design . However I Really don't understand how an engineer wouldn't know that supporting those pipes with Unistrut and Reddi Rod on its own wouldn't counter for any movement Period .That large of a span of piping really needed some solid steel beams and channel by

Alot of engineers are very intelligent but lack common sense. The nuts and bolts practical input from contractors like me is needed to make things work. One problem I had with engineers is they wanted to "collect data" until the cows come home and people were frustrated their problems weren't solved in a timely manner. Maybe similar to shareholder's frustration now?

Too true , they lack the real world experience quite often , and contractors have to submit the proper workaround for things to work properly to be reviewed and rubber stamped !! Plus who know what credentials the people building the commercial plant had ? Definitely from the pictures I saw during the build update they had next to no Safety culture and coming from a strong Safety background it
