No one saw these two thing in PR?
module # 1 was always talked about as having a max of 2,500 LBS/day.for commercial production.
Now, with the new PR it says three significant things.
1) It alludes to a Max commercial production from module #1 of 5,000 LBS/day.
2) It says: "Modifications, will (now), allow RGX to CONTINUE MOVING TOWARDS, its commercial production OBJECTIVE of 5,000LBS/day.
IMO, to (CONTINUE MOVING TOWARDS) doesn't necessarily mean we won't need anymore modifications and/or down time while they're implimented. While we again think something bad has happened because the scheduled time to be at a given LBS/per day is off again..
IMO, to (CONTINUE MOVING TOWARDS) means just what it says, moving towards a goal without any reassurances that along the way something may happen again. This is not a bad thing. It is just what happens when a project is being built without much experience to follow or compare to.
3) Prduction Objective, of 5,000 LBS/day... the objective has changed. Why?
From the PR what changed? Modifications is the change they say.
Then IMO the modification(S), meaning more than one, included larger capacity of whatever they installed to module #1. Thus the reason the PR also says, "will NOW allow 5,000 LBS/day.
The way I see this PR is that our project just got a lot better than it was before. IMO, each Module can now produce more product. this also means a lot more money than we were told before!!!
Do your own math. Am I wrong about what I just said?
Think about this. What if another needed modification is done before we get to 5,000 LBS/day that makes Moduel # 1 even better? no one knows. IMO, RGX will do whatever it take to achieve a production throughput of 5,000 LBS/day. But in doing so that 5,000 LBS/day or maybe something may change. This is a work in progress.

I believe the original goal was 2.5 tons, which is 5000 pounds. You are correct this process is in uncharted waters and other modifications may be necessary. Like I've said before this is a revolutionary concept, if it was easy it would have been done before!
