Just what the hell does Davis contribute for its 45% share of plant profits? The plant pays to buy the used converters. Does that cost include Davis' expenses in collecting the converters from scrap yards across the east coast? Does the plant also pay for the grinding costs done at the Davis facility? If the plant pays for all these costs then Davis got 45% of profits for nothing and should kick in $2M-$3M in cash for plant working capital.

Too much thinking and not enough fact finding going on here. Without a solid educated  supply of cat converters and where to find them,and a method of gathering,  there is no RGX tech required anywhere. Davis has spent between $1.5 / $2 M on their end of this deal to procure, gather, transport,handle, grind and deliver to the Greenville site feed stock. None of us know what we pay for ...more
