Rancher said Don and Rick family will oversubscribe rights

He said they will put in a massive oversubscription order. That would mean mgmt will not change.

If that truly is the case that is a positive, they still believe in the process and the business.  Rancher, did they actually say this to you?

The word " massive" was never used but yes Rick did say friends and family would be fully and over subscribing ?????  Words out of someone's mouth is all it is at this point !! RR

Management oversubscribing means management won't be overthrown. Not that anyone truthful ever thought that would happen. Rancher and kokan need a new soap box.
