RE: News Private Placement closed v.mom I'm staying in because I believe in the product not the offering, this is way too much dilution IMO, those are most certainly cheepies. I know they need cash so that they now have for a while anyways. This news tells me long term now besides the odd spike here or there on news releases. Too bad they couldn't fetch a little higher price for the offering but that's how it goes. The market will no doubt drive it down to 10 or lower in the short term and that will take the shares out of the weak hands and put them in stronger ones, again like the product not the offering.
