Recommend you do some dd with your feet, (if you havent already), I have been trying to find the test in my London Drugs, I get blank looks when I ask for it. How much are they for the consumer? what is the margin? how many are they going to sell? This, and much more, is all required before the sp takes off.
IMO this is going to go very far without the numbers first, and GOOD numbers, or a takeover.
