Umm do you need glasses ? Or do I ?  Does not say stock split .... it’s complete opposite.... they want to subdived the commons shares @ ratio 1:5, thus meaning you will receive 5 shares for ...more

Documents out on sedar. At agm they want to change name to verge cannabis and also do a 5 for 1 stock split to enhance liquidity.

New is on it's way....so it's one institution who are heavily invested trying to create some volume. Facility is almost completed..them HC license to grow...and we sell our product to Namaste. ...more

Should be a good meeting with lots of news and future business to talk about. Next 1-2 weeks should be hearing an update on facilty being done or substantially complete.

June for facility completion. Completion of facility is a huge milestone. Once facility is completed, allows RMMI to send final items to HC. For license 30 to 60 days after submission.

What I love about rmmi

I love the structure of the share count.,being tightly held is a great thing. There are shares for sale at.99 I think this is basement sale prices. Im not sure doing forward split is a good idea ...more
