RE:roto groI spoke with people at RQB about Rotogro and even sent them a copy of the Investor Deck for rotogro and they say this is a none issue. There are a number of suppliers not just rotogro and it has been around for decades. Looks like Rotogro has added CO2 tubes which seems cool. It seems like they are using the Patents as a marketing play in the Investor Deck but it's just not that special.

RQB buys their parts from China and builds there own. We can assume more companies
will follow and do the same. No worries and should make RQB more famous for 1st to market and already in production. Any new companies will be at least a year or 18 months away from a cultivation license in Canada it would seem.
