RR sends lithium brine samples for Ekosolve extraction test Brine samples containing 161ppm lithium from Recharge Resources' (RR.c) Pocitos project have arrived at the Ekosolve Testing Facility at the UoM.
RR will use the Ekosolve 10-stage extraction, washing, and stripping process to produce battery-grade lithium chloride.
This sample extraction is a pre-engineering step for the technology's performance and recovery for full-sized plant scale-up.
RR is planning to build a 20,000-tonne Ekosolve lithium extraction plant at it Pocitos project to supply Richlink Capital with up to 20,000 tonnes of lithium chloride/carbonate per year.
