RE:RE:RE:Just checked Sedar...If you look up RVR's sister company, Stephen Martin is also a significant shareholder there. 
You can also find Griffin Jones holds a stake in the sister company as well.

Since the 2 of them combined own a majority stake in RVR I see the 2 companies merging. RVR is not currently trading on any US platform, but their sister company is. IF a merger happens I believe they will use the sister company trading ticker to increase value.

Sister company is BXR.

This is just my opinion. Totally taking a shot in the dark here.
