I assume our next hurdle is securing a 1.5 million PP to fullfill our obligation in regards to the agreement plus 50 million shares post share consolidation to rural link do i have this right ?

Eagle neeslds his wings clipped. Im not Robin and likely have many many more shares than you including warrants on top of that.  Im not happy about the roll back then dilute. Maybe if financing ...more
