I'm going to write this point form. 

1.  Microsoft internet initiative hopes to provide up to 100,000,000 people with high speed internet
2.  Biden administration set aside $100 billion to support this initiative.  

3.  Microsoft goal is to provide 3 million people with wireless internet by July 2022
4.  Ruralink to provide wireless network along with synthetic cloud and Ark which are both run by Vern who had the licenses for TV white space. 

5.  Those licenses cover over 40 million people alone.
6.  Two pilot projects underway in Texas. 

7.  More to come and also wireless vehicle coverage as well is being tested.

In my opinion there will be a release soon to describe these things and change names and update sticker symbols as well to associate more with the industry.

If BXR is the Canadian subsidiary then at $.02, it's a steal of a deal.  RVR at $.10 is crazy cheap!  

JMO but easy 5-10 bagger once investment catches wind.  I can't wait.

One MORE things.  The cost of providing service is estimated at $9 per customer.  The cost of the service is much cheaper for people. Starlik and Amazon's service is much more expensive.  So even though they serve a function to the gap filling of internet service, most people will prefer the low cost.   JMO
