The cheap paper has changed hands for the most part. I still see some of it dime through with some large positions but the market is handling most of that at this new level with stability.
The longer we hold mid 20's the better the next push on real news will be.
60-70 cents
sites are hard to keep secret so expect we hit 40 cents before that news drops.

first patient treated. Hopefully before mid-October. Possibly earlier depending on how soon we can get sites.
