Question
Does the 30 day period expire in the night of July 29 (Wednesday) or July 30 (Thursday) Meaning will we probably get the news of proceedings with the trial on Thursday or Friday?

OK so it really doesn't matter, the only thing that matters when you are playing pennie stocks is to be comfortable with what you are willing to loose, it's all about risk \ reward ( i have seen great news on stocks and they tanked because of wording,bad day in the market or just day traders playing for pennies),be comfortable with your position. and good luck to you!!

Not really, it is only a day difference. Just making sure I am ready on the morning of news release in case it hits a number I’m comfortable selling at!! Good luck.

I am sure many are pondering, on whether to sell on a decent runup, or hold and hope for multiple NR's and have the stock move up, $$ on a few consecutive days, like Mist and Sona. Those that sold Sona, after it was in the pennies and hit $2.50, kicked themselves in the butt, when the stock climbed an average of $1.50 for 3 days in a row. GLTA!!!

I strongly disagree it very much matters ..... depending on THE NEWS or even No News this thing is going to move 1 way or the other
