Only retail investors are buying and selling this stock, right now. Hence, the low volume and small uptick or downtick on the SP. You will see big movement, when the institutional investors start buying or selling.

Shoot me your pics Jco. I've looked through some of your recents and you have picked some good bags. It's not common for institutions to carry penny stocks...no fund is worried about 100k @ .25 That's for home schoolers like us.
