I just had a 45 minute call with a integrative medicine doc with over 30 years of experience. We went of the technical aspect of N-acetyl cysteine and looked at bucillamine. Bucillamine would theoretically inactivate hydrogen peroxide and convert it to water much more efficiently because it has 2 Thiol donor groups that convert to glutathione So 16x more potent. Glutathione is the potent antioxidant that can mitigate the inflammatory response caused by the virus . With well established clinical applications of NAC in respiratory conditions and the potential mitigation of cytokine storm caused by COVID Bucillamine looks very good with regard to its application for mild to moderate COVID. In addition it has very good indications for anotther application in organ perfusion injury IE Myocaridal infarction. It would essentialy protect damaged cells when the mitochondria are starved of oxygen. This could be what patients take on the way to the hospital in an ambulance for MI in the future. I am gaining confidence that the results of this trial will be positive.

And I would add if you are in icu and on a ventilator seeing angels floating above your head, a dose of psilocybin would be a very nice add on.

Yes psychedelics helps thin the veil to the connection with the unified field of consciousness helps us understand we are all connected and one . I love the science of psychedelics. One of my favorite topics. It is plant medicine.

I have done DD but I wanted to share info with the group that I met with a top integrative medicine doc from San Francisco with over 30 years of experience. Since this is related to NAC he was gracious enough to look at it from his perspective and it was nice to have some support on the science of this and potential success of the compound long and short term.
