Looks like someone is trying to dump lots of shares!! And its all anonymous... are insiders selling?

Why would insiders sell at these levels? The only reason to sell would be to exercise warrants, and I do t see there were any warrants from the Jan pp. The Jan 30, 2018 options are at $.18, so no selling to exercise those. Someone is either impatient or an idiot.
