I am amazed that management has been able to put this deal together. I would think most investors wouldn't consider putting as much as a wooden nickel in this company. I accidentally happened to notice that there is a real estate agent in Vancouver by the name of Dan Mosher. Anybody want to take a bet it is the same guy running SFR? Perhaps here's the solution: Using their properties for housing development. The interesting thing now is how issuing 81 mil shares (and warrants) will effect the share price. Not positively for sure.
