What some of us do have noticed is that the quarterly financial report that should have been released end of December wasn't. That should be a cause for concern. I don't see any leaked info in these strange weekly (always on a Friday) buying and the approval. Issuing 81 mil basically worthless shares should send the shareprice down to 0.005 cents. It will act as another 40:1 consolidation. So why buy now if you might be able to get it with a 90% discount in a few months?
