1. what is the math behind your statement that CHD should be trading at above $1 a share and
2. What is your best guess on a takeout price and related thinking.
I am sure you have access to plenty of recent trades that would support your views on the matter.
The market is suggesting a bid is close at hand, so now would be a great time for you to state your case.
