My broker (TDW) keeps asking me if I want to delete this stock because it has a CTO (Cease Trade Order)

Ya, for a company that used to update regularly the silent treatment for investors is just an extra slap in the face. I am surprised a stock can be halted for a year without management feeling or believing that they owe the people that have supported them some kind of explanation.
