Slang Worldwide Inc > we will get attention??

we will get attention??

Question is how soon??

I've sent a lot of updates recently about how the companies in the Cannabis IPO Insider model portfolio have been performing.

One of them I haven't talked about is Slang Worldwide Inc. (OTC: SLGWF), but that's for a simple reason - the moves Slang announces tend to be small on their own. However, those smaller news releases collectively show the company is fulfilling the promises it made to investors, and I want to talk about that bigger picture today.

If you remember from my original research back in October 2018, I called Slang the "Procter and Gamble of Pot."

It's a production and branding company, and those don't tend to be the most attention-grabbing firms in the cannabis space.

However, I expect things to start ramping up for this company very soon.

Slang's Ability to Adapt

Slang is doing some important things I've talked about before that cannabis companies looking to become global players need to be doing: acquiring businesses and gaining new footholds.

On April 16, Slang announced it was purchasing Arbor Pacific, a Washington State-based marijuana brand that has operations in Washington, Colorado, and Oregon. Then, on May 2, Slang announced the launch of a new wellness-focused division that would develop and market a portfolio of CBD products in partnership with Greenlane Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: GNLN)

The news about the CBD product line is important, but it's not what I want you to focus on.

Slang's main business targets heavy recreational marijuana users. Seeing that not everyone wants to experience a "high," moving into the CBD market demonstrates management's ability and willingness to acquire "non-stoner" brands if they think they show promise.

Being able to adapt, be flexible, and have forward-thinking abilities proves Slang is in good hands. It's part of the reason why CEO Peter Miller and President Billy Levy made High Times' list of the 100 most influential figures in the cannabis space.

We're going to see fewer pro-formas with this company, meaning the projections on what is possible will start to be replaced with hard numbers of what they're actually doing. When the sales numbers start pouring in, it will bring a lot of attention to this company.

That means it's good that Slang is in your portfolio right now.

Soon, everyone else will be racing to get their hands on this stock.

Go SLNG

Acer1234, are you a member of NICI?  That information you shared was very similar to an email I rec'd from them regarding Slang.

I've been with SLNG since IPO day.  After holding here for a few months, I realized that I have to stop being emotional with my buys and sell when it's good.  So the next time SLNG is at 2.60+ I'm out.

Money is on the sidelines due to China trade. So if we get no, or good news for trade and the s&p can get over 2900 monday that means $ will flow back into stocks.  Point being $2.60 could be a low exit point. Many of the MJ names are looking to test ATH's and I believe this one will also. You have been loyal to the stock and hate to see you pull out part way into a run. But we will ...more
